For this build, I used five sheets of ¾" Purebond plywood along with one sheet each of ½" and ¼" plywood. The cost of the wood on this build would be roughly $330, at least in my area. There is also quite a bit of hardware needed for this build, all of which is listed in the plans with links to purchase the items.

This assembly table is 73 ½ inches wide by 42 ¾ inches deep by 33 ½ inches high (with the leveling feet). This sizing is totally adjustable though.
