The live edge king size modern platform bed plans include a 16-page detailed PDF document including a detailed cutlist, close ups of joinery, and step-by-step instructions. The plans also include access to a SketchUp file (by request), so that you can adjust the model to fit your needs. For this build, I used roughly 15 bdft of 8/4 lumber and 25 bdft of 6/4 lumber and had some left over. There is also some other hardware needed for this build, all of which is listed in the plans with links to purchase the items.

What are the dimensions of the Live Edge King Size Modern Platform Bed?

This bed, designed for a king mattress, is 79 inches wide by 89 ½ inches deep. This sizing is totally adjustable though, if you’d like to build a Queen or Full bed. Note: you will have to make those adjustments yourselves, as measurements for other bed sizes aren’t included in these plans.
