This DIY shop air filter cart is designed around a cordless 18” fan and uses eight 20” x 20” MERV 14 air filters. This cart should easily filter the air in shops up to 3,000 sqft and will keep your air super clean in smaller shops.

You’ll need a little less than a 4x8 sheet of 3/4” plywood to build the cart.
