These plans were designed to be followed by a typical DIYer and feature tons more detail than your typical building plans.
(Not So Tiny) Tiny House specs:
48' x 12' footprint, with bump-out on back side of building
Roughly 640 sq ft
2x6 framing at 24" OC, 8' walls
4/12 roof pitch with 2x12 rafters

These plans include a digital PDF version, and these plans could be printed.
The plans also include access to a detailed SketchUp model, although some of the specific details might differ from the official plans due to the materials I'm using and the HOA constraints placed upon me.
