All in Woodworking Projects
I built a power carved "dune" end table from oak, aluminum and glass while hanging out with the Modern Maker podcast guys! This was only my second time trying power carving but I really felt like I got the hang of it and really love the final project. Enjoy!
I built this super simple DIY modern baby gate (or pet gate) to keep my little dude from taking a tumble down the stairs! This was a back to basics build and could easily be completed with a miter saw, drill, and sander. I used a few extra tools here and there (jointer and planer to get things extra flat), but they were really entirely optional.
I turned a bowl made from old recycled skateboards! I'm really wanting to get better at woodturning this year, and this skateboard bowl project was a great learning experience.
I built this rechargeable, battery-powered, portable Bluetooth boombox speaker using the Parts Express C-Note speaker kit plus their KAB amp board. This was my first speaker build and I am honestly amazed at how awesome this thing sounds.
I built this DIY plywood media console using additive joinery, allowing me to create dado joinery using basic tools! This whole project could be constructed with a circular saw, brad nailer, and drill, and the final product is super sturdy and pretty sweet looking!
I made this super cool DIY smart Alexa enabled LED floor lamp using basic tools! Thanks to Lowe's for sponsoring this video, learn more about the Craftsman 81 piece mechanics tool set here.
I built a live edge sliding barn door from an Ambrosia maple slab! I took a smaller slab, ripped it down the middle, and added more boards in the middle to fill it out. Since I paid close attention to grain continuity, the finished door has the illusion of one larger slab, at a much lower price point.
In this week's video, I remodeled our guest bathroom! I'll show you how to install a toilet and vanity, build a Walnut frame for a mirror, and more!
I built this DIY flip top tool stand and workstation based on plans from my buddy Brad at Fix This Build That. This stand holds my oscillating belt sander and hollow chisel mortiser, but it's great for almost any bench top tool, including lunchbox planers, sanders, drill presses, etc.
